I'm bringin' sexyback..

So again, more time that I hoped for has elapsed since blogging last.
Blame it on the thesis, Blame it on Cain, Blame it one the Rain -
which BTW has been mighty mighty..

All is well - the thesis saga continues I so hope to finish this summer if only so I can keep it real for once when I drop the "Dr. McGready" line for restaurant reservations...
Its amazing - in the end I have a feeling folks will be like "thats all you did?!?!? to get a PhD!?!?!" but this thing is taking a lot of time.

In more exciting news, Roni's cousin Josh go hithced this weekend - we rolled 4-deep to Old Town Alexandra and had a fab time partying it up in George Washington;s old house in Mt. Vernon. Micah and Emmet tore it up on the dance floor running around with cousin Rose -
ad we hung out with relatives and new acquaintences - a ton of fun.

In other news, I'm still working out and have lost about 15 lbs...if nothing else this sabbatical is making me a healthier person. And that makes ME happy. Also , I have a bit of a mullett going on - I refuse to cut my hair until I defend if for no other reason to put style-related pressure on my committee. I'm just saying - if this guy pulled the same shit, I'd be giving him a PhD just for getting a haricut.
