Kid's update

Hi All,

I have to brag about the boyz a little every now and then. Emmet, for the past 2-3 months has been blowing me away with his veral growth spurt - he seems to absorb and assimilate new words into his lexicon almost immediately after hearing them - while his diction maikes it sometimes a bit difficult to understand. he is on a tear. Yesterday he tells me "Daddy I have apples at school"..a complete sentence! I realize the grammar isn't spot on, but damn homey only turns two tomorrow!

Micah also blows me way - he is a kind, sensitive, artistic and musical 4 year old. He is smart, witty (as much as a four your old can be- still many of his jokes and repetoire is along the lines of "Knock knock - who' there? - poop!"), and just a lot of fun to be around and engage with in conversation. His drawing skills have taken a quantum leap (people are starting to be recognizable as people, other objects as whatever they are inended to be..)

In short, I am quite lucky and blessed to have such fabulou offspring!

Lily-Pearl, my first ever niece, continues to grow and generally do well in the NICU. She was supposed to come home this past wek, but unfortunately had an apnea episode - so she will be kept in the NICU and hospital for longer. Other than this setback, though, she continues to do well - we really can't wait until she gets to g home and we can visit her regularly. Micah and Emmet can't wait to teach how to get into trouble!
