So if your rhetorical question has been "Who is most likely to get clowned" I have an answer for you. The answer, of course ,would be "ME!". So like I'm offically on sabbatical trying to wrap up my thesi ( - for once I can empathize with K-Fed and his debut album - and my life has recently been plagued by time and money sucking scenarios.

1) Exhibit A: need new roof and skylights - to the tune of $5K. Finally after multiple delays the roofing crew came today. My house smell like essence of tar.
2) Exhibit B - basement flooding. My neighbor's water heater burst satuarating our basement carpet with clean tepid water. Insurance will cover clean up, after our large deductible...but what a pain between phone calls and waiting on the recovery crew.
3) Exhibit C - Emmet has pinkeye- again!. So today was out so far as doing work. Actually, that is not a bad thing at all - he and I spent the day together and had a great father/son day of bonding.

So two out three ain't bad to paraphrase, or quote verbatim the almighty Meatloaf.

Time with kids - awesome. House related drama - bogus. But all in all with the fun I had with Emmet today, I guess it all evens out. But I still think I am disproportionately clowned.
